Formed over 12 years ago, the ICCA is an industry body which aims to increase travel agents’ understanding of the wide range of cruise products available for passengers, as well as the enormous variety of cruise itineraries worldwide.

Linda has lived in Japan for over 4 years. Whilst in Japan she had the opportunity to visit all over Asia, Africa & USA extensively. When Linda returned to Australia her passion was to work in the travel industry. Now with over 12 years travel industry experience Linda has managed to travel every corner of the globe. Predominantly working in the corporate sector as well as leisure, Linda’s high repeat clientele is a clear sign of her passion for travel and excellence in customer service. Linda is a member of ‘Business Chicks’, a national networking group for women. This enables her to network and meet likeminded business women with similar interests. Linda’s ability, knowledge and customer service skills are of the highest standard and an asset to the company.

Yumi Bartram – SENIOR TRAVEL PROFESSIONAL

Yumi calls Brisbane home after 21 years of living in Cairns, Sydney and Gold Coast. With over 10 years of travel industry experience both in the airlines, wholesale and in a travel agency, Yumi’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of the travel industry bring expertise to the office. Yumi has travelled to Europe and Asia with Italy being her favourite destination. Yumi specialises in Japan travel especially organising ski packages.
